The Larrick Student Center is currently under renovation with a projected opening of all facilities for October 2009.
The center houses the MCV Campus Recreation Center and Aquatics, which features an expanded and enhanced fitness center with cardio, selectorized and free-weight equipment; a two-court gym for basketball, volleyball and badminton; racquetball courts; a 25-meter heated indoor pool; and whirlpool spa. The intramural sports office and administrative office for Recreational Sports will also be located in this area.
The student center will also include Jonah’s, offering food-court style dining services on the MCV Campus, a full-service Starbucks, and flexible meeting and conference space.
