Old City Hall contains the Department of Compliance Services, which offers guidance, explains key requirements and provides forms related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Also housed in the building are offices for the School of Medicine’s Department of Internal Medicine and the VCU Center on Health Disparities, as well as some programs of the Institute for Drug and Alcohol Studies, including the Humphrey Fellowships.
