Ackell Residence Center, operated by Residential Life and Housing, offers two- and four-bedroom apartments — all with single-occupancy bedrooms — with 12-month contracts; parking in the West Broad Street deck; 24-hour security; connections for Internet, phone and cable; full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; and a washer and dryer in each apartment.
Administrative and customer service offices for VCU Parking and Transportation are located on the southwest portion of the first level.
