The building houses the Facilities Management Division, which includes the associate vice president for facilities’ office, Capital Accounting, the Facilities Operations Center, Planning/Design, Construction, the Office of Environmental Health and Safety, the parking services director’s office and Real Estate Services.
Foundation Services and Treasury Services offices, including the Collection Unit, Loan Management, Treasury Reporting and Disbursement Operations, are also housed in the building. The Office of Insurance and Risk Management is located in this building as well.
