Gladding Residence Center
711 W. Main St.
About
Gladding Residence Center opened in fall 2018 and serves as home to roughly 1,500 first-year students in traditional double bedrooms and four-person semi-suites. With spaces such as a large light-filled lobby, lounge areas and study rooms, the building was designed to encourage students to get out of their rooms, mingle with other residents and build a sense of community. Located on the edge of Monroe Park, the residence hall is within easy walking distance of all Monroe Park Campus classrooms, the Cary Street Gym and other university activities.
The building is also home to offices for Residential Life and Housing and New Student and Family Programs.
